IT Parks will be over an area of about 500 Hectares has been planned in the processing area of the MIHANTM, SEZ. This area is to be developed as an IT City which will house BPO activities, call centers, data centers, software production houses, animation studios etc.
It will be a self-contained city, providing refreshing activities like cafeteria, fitness centre, landscape gardens etc. that will facilitate in maintaining the freshness and fitness of professionals so as to increase productivity, as these work centers will be abuzz with activities round the clock.
Plans are made to provide world-class infrastructure in terms of connectivity, telecom, power and water supply at most economical cost. The connectivity to this park will be available through reputed and efficient service providers.
Nagpur has about 45 Engineering colleges that generate 10,000 engineering graduates every year and also a number of degree colleges which produce professional graduates of other streams. Hence being a brilliant source of skilled manpower to the organisation's setting up their IT operations in the MIHANTM, SEZ.
Leading I.T. Companies like M/s. HCL Technologies Ltd. M/s. Wipro Technologies, M/s. TATA Consultancy Services Ltd. and M/s. Hexaware Technoloies Ltd. have taken land for setting up their campus in the MIHANTM, SEZ.
